That's probably my second year I don't give a damn about time. How fast I need to get to the top of a mountain or a local hill like this.
Maybe that comes with age but I used to ignore to take a break, sitting down and enjoying views like this.

My first step was deleting Strava then I decided not to wear sports watches anymore. I still record my tracks with #Alpinequest app but they are for my reference only.
Nobody needs to know where I've been and how much time it took me.

Now, I focus more on the journey, the fresh air, and the peace of mind that comes with disconnecting from all the personal record tracking and just being in the moment. It's a refreshing change.
